        1. The evening flow cytometer can be reserved for users who have received training on the shutdown of the flow cytometer and related operations and have passed the assessment. The appointment period is from 16:00 to 24:00 on weekdays. The last user is responsible for shutdown.
        2. Please be sure to make real-name reservations in the evening hours. It is strictly prohibited to borrow and use the equipment. In order to reduce the wear and tear of the equipment as much as possible, please turn off the equipment in time after use. Once you find that the machine has been idling for more than 1 hour, you will be suspended for one month. , more than two occurrences of your appointment will be completely disqualified.
        3. The flow rate of the cleaning liquid and the washing machine must be at the highest speed of 11. Please strictly follow our training for cleaning time. Ensure that the machine is sterile and clean. Once it is found that the machine is not cleaned according to the regulations, we will directly disable your reservation and usage rights for evening streaming.
        4. It is strictly forbidden to suck up the clean liquid and water washing, so as to avoid the bubbles entering the machine from affecting the stability of the liquid and optical paths. Once the phenomenon of being taken out of time is found, the first-time offender will be warned, and your reservation and use qualification for this week will be cancelled for two occurrences, and your advanced user qualification will be completely cancelled after more than two times.
        5. Please place the nozzle in the designated position after the shutdown. The time for cleaning the flow cell is extended to 10 minutes. The longer the cleaning solution is kept in the flow cell, the more thorough the cleaning will be. The operator can adjust the soaking time according to the actual situation and avoid the flow cell and sample loading as much as possible. contamination of pipes.
        6. After the shutdown is completed, turn off the main power, laser, and do not turn off other power supplies.
        7. After the experiment is completed, please clean the experiment table and take away your own items. All public items should be put back in their original places after use, and the reagents in the refrigerator should be put back in time after use.
