10X cell transcriptome	Cell	The number of cells is 5×10⁶-1×10⁷, and the cell activity is > 85%. It can be sent in a short time, and the sorting and subsequent library building experiment can be carried out immediately after the cell suspension is obtained.
	Blood	Sufficient amount of blood is drawn and added to the anticoagulant tube containing heparin sodium, which can be sent in a short time. After obtaining the blood, cell suspension is prepared immediately and subsequent bank building experiments are carried out (the amount of blood will be adjusted according to experimental purposes).
	Tissue	Take sufficient amount of fresh tissue and send it in a short time. After obtaining the tissue, prepare the cell suspension immediately and conduct the subsequent library building experiment (the amount of tissue varies according to the experiment purpose).

Q: Can you make a 10X single-cell transcriptome with less than 85% activity?

If cell activity is too low, intracellular RNA may degrade, and the obtained data cannot accurately reflect the expression of transcripts in each cell sample, affecting gene detection. According to their own needs to determine whether the risk of the machine, for example, 60% of the activity is particularly poor, do not recommend the machine.
