Special lecture on single cell sequencing technology

The Genomics Center invited engineer Chen Yongjing to introduce the "single cell sequencing technology".

Single cell sequencing is currently one of the most popular biological technologies. It was named the top ten scientific breakthroughs in 2018 by Science and the

Nature Methods Method of the Year in 2019. Single-cell sequencing technology can reveal the unique gene expression characteristics of each cell at the single-cell level.

Finely distinguish cell types. Indepth study of the relationship between cells. It has important applications in tumor research, immunology research, neurobiology research

and developmental research.

This lecture will introduce Xingeyuan's one-stop single-cell sequencing solution product Singleron single-cell system based on microfluidic microporous chip technology.

This technology breaks through the conventional single cell sequencing technology in terms of cycle, throughput and cost.

The bottleneck of the single cell analysis technology in the application of clinical testing to remove obstacles. To provide you with a comprehensive solution from tissue sample processing to data analysis and interpretation, accurate annotation of single-cell sequencing data and clinical significance mining can be completed.
