1. The flow instrument platform has FACS Cell Sorter and Flow cytometry analysis. The use of FACS Cell Sorter requires the assistance of staff. After training, users can use Flow cytometry analysis themselves. Users who need training apply in advance, and the staff will hold training regularly.
2. The instrument needs to be reserved in advance. Users should make online appointments 1-14 days in advance, using Google, Sogou, and Firefox browsers to log in: 10.10.31.2:8088, extranet access address: 119.90.33.35:7070. For users who make reservations within 24 hours, if there are other conditions such as maintenance of the instrument and insufficient sheath fluid, the staffs have the right to refuse user to use the machine
3. The first appointment can be made by phone, the office phone is 010-81912678. Please inform the name, unit, contact information, appointment date, test index, number of samples, etc. If you don't know the test parameters, protocols, and data analysis methods of the samples, you can send the reagent instructions and related literature to the staff mailbox in advance, or discuss with the staff on the platform after making an appointment to ensure that you are provided with high-quality services.
4. The appointment time is from the start of the computer to the end of the cleaning pipeline. Users are requested to go to the platform to process samples in advance. If the experimental sample preparation time exceeds expectations, you can contact the administrator before starting the machine, and the appointment time can be delayed appropriately. If you apply to postpone the machine after you turn it on, you will be charged according to the appointment time. The specific using time is subject to the operation of the day.
5. Unsatisfactory sample processing is likely to cause instrument failure. Samples must be processed according to the corresponding standards before being put on the machine (for specific standards, please refer to the sample preparation before loading the flow cytometry machine).
6. In principle, no more than 2 users are allowed in each instrument room. Unrelated personnel shall not enter the instrument room without permission. Please put food, school bags, clothing, etc. in the dressing room, and carry valuables with you.
7. The opening and closing of the laser, nozzle replacement, sheath fluid replenishment, indoor ventilation and temperature control must be performed by platform staff. If there are problems with the instrument during the experiment, please report it to the person in charge of the instrument in time. Unauthorized handling or concealment is strictly prohibited. Due to illegal use, all repairs, maintenance, replacement of accessories and other costs incurred shall be borne by the violator himself and the person in charge of his laboratory.
8. Please do not modify the parameters of the instrument without permission, do not insert the mobile storage device into the computer, and do not copy the experimental data of others. Do not copy and run foreign software on the computer, and do not print files that are not related to the experiment.
9. After the test, the user must fill in the instrument usage record as required. Clean up waste samples (samples containing toxic reagents such as PI must be processed according to staff requirements); return used items to their original locations. In order to ensure the normal use of the next user, the user needs to clean the instrument pipeline according to the requirements of the staff.
