"Notice announcement": Genomics Center flow platform service process and charging standard

一、Service process 

Normal working hours are from 9:00 to 17:00 on legal working days. The service process is as follows： 

● System appointment: log in to the appointment system to register, make an appointment or call 010-81912678 to make an appointment。 

● Sample preparation before on-board: see preparation of on-board samples of flow cytometer (provided by the staff) for specific standards. 

● Flow analysis and sorting: provide services and suggestions according to the needs of user flow experiments. 

● Streaming data copy: copy data in public FTP. It is forbidden to connect external storage devices on the experimental machine without permission. 

● Feedback: the user feeds back the experimental results in order to provide higher quality services. 

二、Charging standard 

In order to improve the efficiency of the public instruments of genomics and ensure the normal operation of the instruments, appropriate fees should be charged for the use of public instruments. The service charge is not for profit and is only used to bear part of the daily operation expenses, reagent costs and instrument maintenance. With reference to the charging standards of other units and based on the cost accounting of instrument operation, the following charging standards are specially formulated to give the maximum preferential treatment to the internal members of brain center：
