Deliver information

1. Please be sure to fill in the sample information sheet carefully, marked * is mandatory. Avoid extra cost and experiment period extension caused by error filling in information sheet.

2. Nucleic acid samples should be submitted in 1.5mL and 2mlEP tubes. It is recommended not to use PCR tubes, eight-pipe tubes, 96-well plates and other methods to facilitate the storage and preservation of samples.

3. The name on the sample tube must be the same as the name on the information sheet. It is not recommended to mark other information on the cover of the tube except the name to avoid sample name identification errors.

4. For tissue samples packed in tin foil, write the sample name on the label paper and put the sample into plastic sealing bag together with the sample, so as to avoid being unable to identify the sample name caused by low temperature freezing.

5. Please pack the samples with ziplocks and note the number of samples to avoid omission and loss of samples. Try to put the samples in buffers such as foam pads and frozen storage boxes to avoid damage during transportation.

6. When sending the sample, please attach a paper version of the information sheet to facilitate the sample entry.

7. Please be sure to contact the staff before sending samples to confirm whether the samples can be included normally. At the same time, you need to inform the Courier number and other information after mailing, so that the staff can track the sample information.
