2、Sample Preparation Instructions

        1 Safety issue: During the sorting process, samples can be shaken by droplets to generate aerosols, so biologically harmful samples that can transmit human pathogenic bacteria are not accepted, nor are radioactive biological samples.
        2 The recommended resuspension solution for sorting samples is PBS (which can be adjusted flexibly according to your own experimental needs). Quantity adjusts the sample volume. If the cells need to be cultured again after sorting, please prepare a collection tube with an appropriate volume of culture medium. To prevent contamination, double antibody can be added to the collection medium. Collection tube type: 1.5ml/15mL EP tube or 5ml flow tube.
        3 The samples must be filtered with a sieve with a suitable pore size before loading the machine. If multiple samples need to be sorted for a long time, please do not filter all the samples at one time. Please filter the cells in the tube before loading.
        4 For multicolor experiments, be sure to prepare various control tubes, including negative control tubes, isotypes, single positive tubes, FMO tubes, etc.
        5 The user needs to know the size and shape of the cells in order to select the nozzle for sorting. The diameter of the sorted cells is preferably less than 1/5 of the diameter of the nozzle, and at least less than 1/3. The shape of the cells also affects the sorting results. In theory, the closer the cells are to spherical shape, the less damage the shear force during sorting will cause to the cells. Cells with special morphology should choose a larger nozzle to reduce the damage to the cells during the sorting process.
        6. Data copy is limited to CD-ROM or U-disk (must be formatted and bring your own). Due to the limited storage capacity of the system, streaming data is generally cleared once a year (you will be notified by email when it is cleaned up). The user mobility is relatively large, it is recommended to copy personal data in time to make a backup.
